Scope of Service

FilingsIntel provides structured analytical reviews of publicly available corporate disclosures. The service is designed to help users understand what companies have reported, how disclosures change over time, and where material inconsistencies, dilution risk, or disclosure gaps may exist.

What FilingsIntel does

FilingsIntel reviews publicly available materials such as SEC filings, OTC disclosures, press releases, and related corporate communications. Analysis focuses on factual consistency, disclosure changes, share structure activity, equity issuance, stated assets and liabilities, and reported business developments.

Findings are derived from the documents themselves and presented in clear, practical language. Source references may be included so users can independently review the underlying disclosures.

What FilingsIntel does not do

FilingsIntel does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, ratings, or price targets. No content should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

FilingsIntel does not verify the accuracy of company statements, asset values, operational claims, management representations, or third party assertions. Analysis is limited to what is disclosed, not whether it is true.

FilingsIntel does not provide legal opinions, accounting opinions, audits, valuations, or regulatory determinations.

Nature of reports

Reports are informational and reflect analysis at a specific point in time. Companies may issue new disclosures after a report is delivered. FilingsIntel does not provide ongoing monitoring unless explicitly stated as part of a separate service.

Reports are not intended to replace professional advice or independent due diligence. Users are responsible for evaluating information and making their own decisions.

User responsibility

Use of FilingsIntel services indicates acknowledgment that all decisions made based on provided information are the sole responsibility of the user. FilingsIntel assumes no responsibility for financial outcomes, losses, or actions taken by users.
